At this time we do not have a one-size-fits-all return policy, but there may be times that we will deem a return necessary. Any return should be made within 30 days of date of purchase. Refunds will be provided less the cost of return shipping once the item(s) are received. Please contact me at madmandybeardco@gmail.com with questions.
What if I just don’t like it? We highly recommend trying a sample pack of our beard oil or butter to determine which scent you like the most. Everyone has different smeller-buds, so it’s impossible for us to make everyone happy with fragrances and fragrance strength. Our oils and butters have the same scent and strength across the different product types so if you try a sample of one, you shouldn’t need to try a sample of the other (unless you just want to!). The only reason you may want to try both is to see how each product feels in your beard and on your skin.
Damaged/Defective Items Please contact me at madmandybeardco@gmail.com and let me know the problem. In order to identify any issues that may be occurring during a particular step in our process, please provide images of the damages/defects. We want to ensure you have a replacement item sent out as quickly as possible!
Melted Butters Our whipped butters and balms will melt in the heat. We ask that you check the temperature in your area to ensure it will be below 83°F for at least 5 days after you place your order. We have no control over shipping times or if an item is left in a hot mailbox, so, unfortunately we cannot provide refunds for melted butters if you order during hot weather or if you leave the product in a hot car. Once the item cools to room temperature it will still be usable, but the texture will be completely different. We want you to experience the full effect of our whipped goodness, so please, please be aware of the temp in the area where the item will be shipped.
Incorrect Order Please contact me at madmandybeardco@gmail.com and let me know! I will resolve it at no cost to you! Photos may be requested to understand any glitches in the order-filling stage that caused the mix-up.
