Hey! I’m Mad Mandy.
Why am I so mad? Well…
I’m mad about all of the beard products DH has purchased over the years only to be retired to the “beard product graveyard” after a short period of time because they didn’t work. The beard product graveyard, by the way, happens to be every drawer and cabinet in the house. So, in order to salvage the little bit of remaining storage space available, Mad Mandy went to work creating some products that make a difference!

Established in Kentucky in 2021
When I began this endeavor, I knew I wanted to make natural, quality products with ingredients that are good for the beard and skin. I was also determined to make a beard butter that was different than the ones that DH had tried. He never liked to use beard butters and I decided to make it my goal to create something he would love. After some trial and error, I figured out some formulas that Ricky was super excited about. Maybe I went overboard on the whipped beard butter recipe because now he refuses to use anything else! He was so happy, he even wanted to share the products with every bearded guy he knew. It was then I realized that I might be able to share my products with bearded guys everywhere and hopefully get them just as excited about their beard care.
Before I felt comfortable rolling out my products to the public, though, I knew I needed more feedback. Since I don’t have a beard that I can test my products on personally, I decided it was necessary to implement a rigorous animal testing program to ensure my products were truly safe and effective. Just so you know, all test animals that participated survived. And while they may not be any prettier after going through the testing phase, they all said about the same thing… That their beards are so much more tame and well behaved than they had ever been before. So, I will count that as a win!

Once I saw how happy these guys were about their beards after trying Mad Mandy’s beard products, I got a little jealous.
So, I decided to make some stuff just for me. I wasn’t planning on adding the body butter to the website as I was just wanting to have something that I loved using in my daily routine, but I got so much positive feedback from my female test animals that I felt it necessary to offer the goodness to all the ladies.
